This site is a free directory providing information about Belarusian drug addiction treatment, rehabilitation, and counseling facilities. We also provide information on education and prevention. The site was developed in November 2002 by Mothers Against Drugs (Alex Novikov and Elena Pisarenko) in cooperation with Belarus Branch of the International Association Against Narcotics and Narcotics Trafficking (Alexander Godlevsky and Donald Coder, MD, PhD), and with assistance from Vladimir Maximchook, MD, PhD, Chief Narcologist for Belarus and Sergey Molochko, MD, Director of Minsk Narcological Dispensary.
